My experience with CCSCollect has been disappointing. Their customer portal is clunky and not user-friendly, making it frustrating to navigate. When I did reach out for assistance, the support was lacking and unhelpful. Overall, the service felt impersonal, and I struggled to feel supported during a challenging time. I wouldn't recommend them.
