I had high hopes for Optum Rx, but the experience has been disappointing. The website's layout is confusing, making it hard to navigate and find the information I need. Customer support is particularly lacking, with long wait times and unhelpful responses. Despite the promise of affordable medications, I found my prescription costs to be less competitive than expected. Overall, the service feels unreliable, and I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.
