I had high hopes for PrepMyFuture, but the experience was disappointing. While the platform promises adaptive learning and detailed feedback, the actual execution falls short. The interface feels cluttered, making it difficult to navigate through the supposed wealth of resources. Moreover, the mock exams that are supposed to simulate real test conditions do not accurately represent the exam experience, leaving students unprepared. Customer support was also unresponsive when I encountered issues. Overall, the platform lacks the polish and effectiveness that I expected based on their claims.
