I was disappointed with my experience using this app for public transport tickets. While it claims to offer a convenient way to purchase e-tickets for multiple transport options, I found the interface confusing and not user-friendly. The app also lagged during peak times, making the ticket purchasing process frustrating. Additionally, I encountered issues when trying to buy tickets for multiple users simultaneously, which added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I expected more efficiency and reliability from such a service.
