Ich hatte mich auf die Pink Box gefreut, da ich neue Beauty-Produkte ausprobieren wollte. Doch die letzte Lieferung war enttäuschend. Statt der versprochenen Überraschungen bekam ich Produkte, die ich bereits kannte und nicht mochte. Als ich den Kundenservice kontaktierte, dauerte die Antwort ewig und war wenig hilfreich. Die Box hat nicht die Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich werde das Abo nicht verlängern.
