I was disappointed with my experience with Snap-on tools. While they boast high quality and innovation, I found their products to be overpriced for what you get. After investing in several items, I encountered issues with durability and performance that left me frustrated on the job. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive during my attempts to address these problems. The brand's image as a leader in the professional tool industry seems inflated, given my experience. I'm not convinced their tools are worth the hype or the cost.
