I ordered a bouquet from Flowers.ua for a friend's birthday, hoping to surprise her. The website promised same-day delivery, but when the flowers didn't arrive on time, I contacted customer support. After several frustrating calls and no resolution, the bouquet eventually arrived a day late, wilted and far from what I had expected. This was disappointing and I won’t use their service again.
