Kmart’s selection feels cheap and uninspired. The low prices come with low quality, and the latest trends often look outdated. It’s hard to feel excited about shopping here. Disappointing experience.

I had high hopes for Kmart, but my recent experience was disappointing. While their prices are low, the quality of products left much to be desired. Many items felt cheaply made, and after just a few uses, they broke or fell apart. The promised delivery times were not met, causing frustration during my shopping experience. Customer service was not particularly helpful when I sought assistance with my order. With so many other retailers offering better quality and service, I doubt I’ll be returning to Kmart anytime soon.
