Limited availability of homes and not the best customer service.

I was disappointed with my experience at Pacific Oak Residential. While they promote quality and affordable housing, the reality falls short. The homes I viewed felt outdated and poorly maintained, lacking the promised space and amenities. Additionally, the customer service was lackluster, with delayed responses and minimal assistance throughout the process. The focus seems more on profits than resident satisfaction. I expected better from a company with such a large portfolio, but it did not meet my needs or expectations.
