I was excited about the promotions intended to boost saving and investing, but my experience with Absa has been disappointing. The website feels cluttered and overwhelming, making it hard to find essential information. Services like the soon-to-be-closed safe custody option only add to my frustration, as it feels like they're cutting corners. Plus, the rewards system seems complicated and not worth the effort. Overall, I expected better from a major financial institution.
