I had high hopes for the RET services in Rotterdam, but my experience was disappointing. The app was confusing and often crashed when I needed it most, making trip planning frustrating. Information on bus, tram, and metro lines was inconsistent, leading to missed connections and delayed travels. Additionally, service staff seemed poorly trained to handle inquiries, resulting in unhelpful responses. While the concept of "keeping the city in motion" is promising, the execution falls short. I expected a smoother journey, but I found it more hassle than it was worth.
