I had high hopes for Respondent, but my experience was disappointing. The platform boasts a massive participant pool, yet I struggled to find suitable matches for my project. The precise targeting features felt inadequate, and it took much longer than advertised to connect with participants. Additionally, the customer service was unresponsive, leaving me frustrated when issues arose. I expected much more for my investment and won’t be using this service for future research endeavors. Overall, not worth the hype.
