I had high hopes for my shopping experience at Fanshome, but it fell short. The product variety seems broad, but the quality is lacking. The foot file I received was poorly made, and the LED lights were inconsistent. Also, the customer service was unhelpful when I inquired about my order. Shipping took longer than expected, and the overall experience felt disorganized. I doubt I will consider shopping here again, as it did not meet my expectations.
