I found Tangerine's services to be underwhelming. While they tout no-fee accounts and attractive rewards, the app is clunky, and customer service is lacking. It feels more focused on marketing than genuinely helping clients achieve their financial goals.

I was disappointed with my experience at Tangerine. While the promise of no-fee banking sounds appealing, the app is glitchy and often crashes, making it frustrating to manage my finances. I also found their customer service lacking when I encountered issues. The high rewards and interest rates are overshadowed by poor functionality and support. Not the hassle-free banking I expected.
