I had high hopes for this online store, but my experience was disappointing. The selection seems extensive, but many items were out of stock or had misleading descriptions. Customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for assistance, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored. The navigation on the website was clunky and unorganized, making it hard to find what I needed. Overall, I expected more professionalism and better service, but I left feeling let down and unlikely to return.
