I had high hopes for Host.ie after their merger with HostPapa, but it has been disappointing. The transition hasn't gone smoothly, and customer support is lacking. Response times are slow, and I often feel like I'm left in the dark. The features, while seemingly comprehensive, are overly complicated and don't live up to the promised ease of use. Additionally, the pricing seems inflated for the service quality. I regret switching to them and will be looking for alternatives soon.

The support team, while friendly, takes too long to respond, leaving urgent issues unresolved for days. Additionally, the promised advanced features seem limited in practice, and the interface is far from user-friendly. Transitioning to a new system often results in unnecessary complications. Overall, I’m left feeling frustrated and underwhelmed by the service.
