I was disappointed with my experience booking tickets through this site. The selection seemed promising, but I found it difficult to find clear information regarding showtimes and availability. The website is hardly user-friendly; basic functionality issues left me frustrated. My attempts to reach customer service went unanswered, and the overall impression was unprofessional. The events, while interesting, felt overpriced for the value they offered. With so many other options available in Vienna, I won't be returning to this site for my concert and theater needs anytime soon.
