My experience with the Fuelman fuel card service has been disappointing. While they promise cost control and fuel rebates, the reality is far from ideal. The customer service is lacking, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. The card’s stated benefits feel overstated; the rebate system seems complicated and not worth the hassle. Additionally, the plans are expensive, especially for small businesses. The tracking tools provided are not user-friendly, making it difficult to manage expenses effectively. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this service for fleet management.
