I found Online Incasso to be frustrating and unhelpful. The interface is confusing and the claimed simplicity doesn't match the reality. Additionally, the customer service was lacking when I needed assistance.

I found Online Incasso to be less effective than advertised. The process took longer than the promised five minutes, and the interface was not as user-friendly as expected. While they claim to simplify debt collection, I experienced unnecessary complications and a lack of support when needed. Additionally, the fixed pricing model seems attractive, but it ultimately didn’t deliver value for my specific situation. I won't be using this service again.

I had high hopes for Online Incasso, but my experience was disappointing. The platform promised an easy-to-use system for starting incassion requests quickly, yet I found it cumbersome and unintuitive. Despite the allure of low fixed fees, the service felt impersonal and lacked effective communication. The automated reminders often felt too aggressive, jeopardizing client relationships. Overall, I expected a smoother process but ended up frustrated and unsatisfied with the whole experience.
