I had high hopes for bigbasket but was disappointed with my recent experience. The quality of the fruits and vegetables I received was subpar; some items were bruised and nearing expiration. Additionally, the slotted delivery I chose was over an hour late, leaving me frustrated. While they promise convenience, the app was glitchy, making it hard to place my order. Overall, the service did not live up to the hype, and I won't be using them again.
