Dishes lacked flavor and finesse, disappointing for a seafood experience.

I was excited to try some recipes from this site, but I was left disappointed. The dishes promised restaurant-quality fish, yet the flavors were bland and uninspired. I found the ingredients lackluster and difficult to work with, not at all reflecting the "authentic taste" they advertised. The concept seemed great, but the execution fell flat. Overall, I expected something more than just average, and this experience did not live up to the hype. I won’t be revisiting.
