Communication was slow and often unclear, leaving me frustrated and unsure about progress. Instead of elevating our brand, I felt like we were lost in a sea of vague promises. Despite their flashy claims, the results did not reflect this; media coverage was underwhelming at best. I wouldn't recommend them.
