I had high hopes for the THERABAND and Performance Health products, but my experience has been disappointing. The website is clunky and difficult to navigate, making it hard to find what I really need. Customer service was unhelpful when I reached out with questions, and shipping took longer than expected. While they boast about their expertise, it feels overpriced for the quality delivered. Overall, I am not inclined to recommend these products or services.

I was disappointed with the THERABAND website. The navigation was clunky and frustrating, making it hard to find products. The information felt overwhelming and poorly organized, which detracted from the user experience. Additionally, I encountered errors when trying to view catalogs, making shopping time-consuming. Overall, the site seemed outdated and in desperate need of a user-friendly revamp.
