I was disappointed with my experience renting from Hertz. The service was slow, and the vehicle cleanliness was subpar. Despite their claims of unlimited mileage, I felt misled by the hidden fees that made the rental far less appealing.

I had high hopes for Hertz Rent A Car, but my experience fell short. The vehicle I received was not well-maintained, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns about issues I encountered. Although they boast about unlimited mileage, the rates are not as competitive as advertised when factoring in hidden fees. The promotion for monthly rentals sounds enticing, but the final pricing left me disappointed. Overall, I expected better service and quality from such a well-known company and would not recommend them for your rental needs.

I had high hopes for my rental with Hertz but was disappointed by their service. The booking process was cumbersome, and the car I received was not well-maintained. It had scratches and a lingering odor. While their hybrid options are appealing, the customer service left much to be desired. I expected better from such an established brand.
