I recently tried Amber IT's services, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The advertised speeds were misleading; my connection was often sluggish and unreliable. Customer support, though available 24/7, was unhelpful and slow to respond to issues. Additionally, the hosting options were limited and lacked the flexibility I needed for my business. While they claim to cater to corporate needs, their services felt more suitable for smaller, less demanding users. Overall, Amber IT did not meet my expectations, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
