I was disappointed with my experience at CIBC. The website is cluttered and overwhelming, making it difficult to find what I needed. The promotional offers seemed great, but the terms were confusing and hidden. Customer service was not very helpful when I reached out for clarification. Additionally, the online banking functionality was frustratingly unreliable, often leading to unexpected errors. Overall, it felt more like a hassle than a helpful banking service.
