I had a disappointing experience with HUB Rent-A-Car. The rates were misleading and the booking process felt cumbersome. When I tried to cancel my reservation, I encountered confusing prompts and poor customer support. I expected better transparency and ease, but I left frustrated. I won’t be using them again.

I had a disappointing experience with HUB Rent-A-Car. While the concept of booking with no cancellation fees sounds appealing, their customer service was unhelpful when I needed assistance. The rates I received turned out to be higher than expected, and the car's cleanliness was subpar. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.
