I recently tried NortonLifeLock's services and was disappointed. While they claim to champion cyber safety, their products felt more like a marketing gimmick than effective security tools. The promises of keeping my identity safe seemed exaggerated, and I found their customer service lacking when I encountered issues. Additionally, the merger with Avast raises concerns about their focus and reliability. With so many alternatives available, I regret not exploring other options. I expected better from a supposedly leading company.
