I was disappointed with TSB Bank's website functionality. Critical features, like the home loan and repayment calculators, were down for maintenance, rendering me unable to estimate my potential financial options. The site feels cluttered and overwhelming, lacking user-friendly navigation. Additionally, while they promote community support, the advertising comes off as disingenuous amidst their complex conditions and fees. The lengthy and confusing details detract from the overall experience. Overall, I expected more from a bank claiming to prioritize customer care.
