I had high hopes for Iron Strength, but I was disappointed. Firstly, the selection appears extensive, yet the quality of the equipment lacked consistency. Some items felt cheaply made and didn’t match the professional-grade claims. Additionally, customer service left much to be desired; my inquiries took too long to receive responses. Finally, the shipping process was frustrating, with delays that weren't communicated. For the price, I expected a much better experience.

I ordered a refurbished elliptical machine expecting quality, but what arrived was disappointing. The product looked worn, not new as advertised, and there were issues with the resistance settings. Customer service was unhelpful, taking days to respond. The overall shopping experience lacked transparency, and the promises of comprehensive refurbishment seemed misleading. It's hard to recommend when the reality did not match the claims made on their site. I expected better.
