I recently ordered seeds from Urban Garden Seed and had a disappointing experience. While they promote high germination rates and non-GMO options, many of the seeds I received failed to sprout. The customer service promised support, but my inquiries were either ignored or responded to too late. The website also felt cluttered, making it difficult to navigate through their offerings. Additionally, the shipping took longer than expected, and the packaging was subpar. Overall, I expected better quality and service for a gardening supplier. I won’t be ordering again.
