I was disappointed with my experience at K&N. While they boast about their quality and innovation, the product I purchased didn't live up to the claims. The installation instructions were vague at best, leading to a frustrating experience. Additionally, I noticed no significant improvement in performance or sound, contrary to what others had advertised. Customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for help. Overall, I expected more for the price and feel let down by the hype surrounding this brand.
