I had high hopes for Sparklight's internet service after reading all the claims about speed and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The promised gigabit speeds are rarely achieved, and I've often faced buffering and disconnections during important work calls. Customer service is unhelpful, offering scripted responses without real solutions. The website feels cluttered and confusing, making it hard to find any support. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Sparklight based on my frustrating experience.
