I had high hopes for Adam & Eve, but my experience was disappointing. While they advertise discreet shipping and a satisfaction guarantee, my order arrived later than expected and was not discreetly packaged. Additionally, the customer service I contacted was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns. Although their product range is impressive, the overall quality felt subpar compared to other brands I've tried. The return process seems cumbersome too, detracting from the advertised hassle-free experience. I expected better based on their reputation.
