I was disappointed with my experience at Hilox Lighting. Despite their claims of high-end products, the LED lights I purchased were underwhelming and didn’t perform as advertised. Customer service was unresponsive, making returns a hassle. Additionally, the website felt cluttered and confusing. Overall, it’s hard to recommend a service that falls short on both quality and support.
