I was disappointed with my experience using CARFAX. While they claim to have extensive vehicle history reports, I found the information to be inconsistent and lacking detail. The customer service was unresponsive, making it difficult to get clarification on my concerns. Additionally, I felt their reports were not worth the price, as I discovered critical vehicle issues independently later on. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend relying on CARFAX for used car purchases.
