I was disappointed with my experience at Acanac. The advertised offers come with many hidden fees that quickly add up, making it feel misleading. Customer service is not as responsive as claimed; getting help took longer than expected. Additionally, the speed of the internet was underwhelming and did not live up to the hype. The entire process felt frustrating, from the complicated payment methods to the constant push for bundled services. Overall, the initial appeal quickly faded, leaving me wishing I had chosen a different provider.
