I had high hopes for Serku after hearing about their history and expertise, but my experience was disappointing. The quality of the plastic frames fell short of expectations, and I encountered delays in both production and installation. Communication with the staff was often unclear, leaving me frustrated. Although they tout a wide range of options, the actual selection felt limited and not as customizable as promised. In the end, the entire process lacked the professionalism I anticipated from a company with such a long-standing reputation.
