I had high hopes for Optify’s services but was thoroughly disappointed. The promised ultrafast fibre connectivity was anything but reliable; frequent outages hampered my work from home experience. Their customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond, making the situation even worse. Additionally, the installation process was poorly managed, leading to frustrating delays. While they target various markets, it seems they lack the infrastructure to support them effectively. I expected much more for the price. Not recommended.
