I was disappointed with U Blinds Australia. The "Buy One Get One Free" sale felt more like a marketing gimmick than a real deal. Customer service was slow, and my custom order took longer than promised. Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the pricing either. I expected better from a well-established company.
