I was disappointed with my recent experience at Staples. While they claim to have an extensive product assortment, I found their stock to be lacking in essential items. The website was user-unfriendly, and when I visited the store, many products were out of stock. The ergonomic furniture selection was particularly poor, with limited choices available, and customer service was unhelpful. Overall, I expected more and left frustrated. Not the reliable source I hoped for.

I had high hopes for Staples, but my experience was disappointing. The product selection seemed extensive, yet I found many items out of stock or of mediocre quality. The ergonomic furniture I ordered took longer than expected to arrive, and when it did, it was uncomfortable and poorly made. The website was frustratingly unresponsive, often requiring a refresh. While they claim to offer great tech and supplies, the execution falls flat. I expected more from a leading office supply store, and overall, it feels like a missed opportunity.
