I struggled to find specific details about the items I was interested in. Additionally, the website wasn’t user-friendly, making navigation tedious. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, the response was slow and not very informative. Overall, I expected a more polished and customer-oriented experience given their reputation as a supplier for professional equipment.
