I was really disappointed with my experience at JTV. The website felt cluttered and overwhelming, making it hard to find anything. While they advertise deep discounts, the quality of the jewelry I received was subpar at best. The gemstone deals sounded enticing, but the pieces looked cheap and poorly made in person. Customer service was also unhelpful when I reached out. I expected much more, but I won’t be shopping here again.
