I had a disappointing experience with this company. While they claim to offer competitive prices and quality products, the HUGGIES wet wipes I purchased were subpar, tearing easily and lacking the moisture promised. The Aptamil formula was not fresh, and customer service was unresponsive when I raised my concerns. Additionally, the website is poorly designed, making navigation frustrating. Overall, I expected better based on their claims but found the products lacking and the service unsatisfactory. I won't be returning.
