I was disappointed with my experience. The website promised innovative mobile and broadband solutions, yet navigating it was frustrating. I encountered multiple issues while trying to access information, and the lack of support for Internet Explorer was particularly inconvenient. Additionally, the phone deals advertised seemed appealing, but the terms were unclear. I expected a seamless experience with such a tech-focused company, but instead, it felt disorganized. Overall, I found the service lacking and not as user-friendly as it claims to be. I won’t be recommending this to others.
