Telefoon aangekomen, maar kwaliteit viel ontzettend tegen. Niet aanbevelen.

I had high hopes for Rephone's refurbished devices, but my experience was disappointing. The selection of iPhones looked promising, yet they were frequently out of stock, especially the latest models. I also found the prices unreasonably high, considering they were refurbished. While they tout their sustainability mission, the lack of transparency about the refurbishment process left me uneasy. Moreover, customer service was unhelpful when I inquired about my order, and it took longer than promised to process my old device. I expected better quality and service for the price.
