I was hopeful about using Tia Health, but the experience fell flat. While they promise quick access, my appointment was delayed, and communication with the doctor felt rushed. The platform seemed glitchy, making it hard to book or get follow-up information. It’s convenient, but the lack of personalized care and technical issues left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient.
