I found my experience with this currency exchange service underwhelming. Although they advertise convenience, the process felt cumbersome, and I encountered delays during my visit. The website was frustrating to navigate, and the customer service left much to be desired—responses were slow and unhelpful. Despite a wide range of available currencies, their rates did not seem competitive when I compared them with alternatives nearby. Overall, I expected a smooth transaction but instead faced unnecessary complications that made the experience disappointing.
