While the website promises a great selection of holiday homes, the reality falls short. The booking experience was frustrating, and the customer support was lacking when issues arose. Overall, I expected more from a service that claims to offer "hassle-free" stays.

I recently booked a holiday home through Stay in Suffolk and was disappointed with my experience. The property was not well-maintained; the cleanliness was subpar, and some amenities were either broken or unavailable. The advertised "24/7 guest support" felt more like a myth, as my inquiries often went unanswered. While the variety of properties is appealing, I found the customer service lacking. Overall, I expected more given the promotional claims, and I wouldn’t recommend them for a relaxing getaway.
