Mijn ervaring met Deepgrooves was teleurstellend. Ik had hulp nodig bij het plaatsen van mijn bestelling, maar de klantenservice reageerde traag en onduidelijk. Toen ik uiteindelijk antwoord kreeg, was het niet nuttig en leken ze weinig om mijn specifieke wensen te geven. Het was frustrerend, vooral omdat ik had gehoopt op een soepel proces. Ik kan ze niet aanbevelen.

Telefoontje gedaan voor hulp met mijn bestelling die vertraagd was. Werd niet vriendelijk geholpen en mijn e-mail blijft onbeantwoord. Teleurstellend.
